> Misty Locke - President – Range Online Media & Chief Strategy Officer – iProspect


Misty Locke is the President of Range Online Media and Chief Strategy Officer of iProspect. She has been named one of Fast Company Magazine’s Top 25 Women Business Builders and has advanced Range Online Media to become a leading search marketing and interactive agency. She has served as the president of Range Online Media since she co-founded the award-winning company in 2001. She has also led the company’s strategic direction and growth since its inception and through its recent acquisition by Aegis PLC.

Under her leadership, Jupiter Research named Range as having the highest average client satisfaction rating in the search marketing industry for the past four consecutive years. Additionally, Range Online Media was named to the 2007 and 2008 top 25 search marketing agencies in America by AdAge and to Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5,000 list of fastest growing private companies in 2007 and 2008.

Locke is active on agency and search advisory boards for Google, MSN and Yahoo and is passionate about creating an industry environment of accountability to marketers and consumers. She holds a BA in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas and sits on the board of directors of Shop.org. At iProspect she is responsible for the organization’s strategic direction, as well as maintaining the firm’s industry relationships.

Locke is active on agency and search advisory boards for Google, MSN and Yahoo and is passionate about creating an industry environment of accountability to marketers and consumers. Recently Misty was named to the Shop.org Board, a division of the National Retail Federation. She works with clients ranging from Journeys and Neiman Marcus to The Sundance Channel, GAP and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to build successful search marketing and interactive strategies that are unique in design and implementation, yet built to scale and achieve each client’s individual business goals.

Misty Locke has published numerous articles for industry leading publications including OMMA Magazine, DM News, iMedia Connection and more. Locke is a regular speaker at influential industry conferences, including Luxury Interactive, Shop.org, Search Engine Strategies, Search Marketing Expo, eTail, WebmasterWorld, and ad:tech.

Misty holds a BA in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas and makes sure to prioritize her schedule around Longhorn home games.



> Ray White - Chief Operating Officer – Range Online Media & Executive Vice President, Managing Director – iProspect, Dallas


Ray White is the Chief Operating Officer of Range Online Media, as well as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of iProspect, Dallas. In this role, White develops and manages implementation of short-term and long-term strategic plans for the Range Online Media’s growth. He focuses on improved infrastructure, processes and best practices to increase efficiencies with the team of more than 60 employees. Additionally, he heads up the technology build-out of Range Online Media in order to exceed customer’s expectations. He was instrumental in the creation of Range’s proprietary SRS (Strategic Results System) technology, a cross-media measurement and reporting platform with thousands of configurations and reporting capabilities to meet each unique client’s needs.

After extensive experience driving start-up and fortune 1000 companies to increased profitability, White joined Range Online Media in 2004 to become the Chief Operating Officer. Ray has more than 20 years of marketing and product experience and was the marketing lead for four companies that grew from $0 in revenue to as much as $320 million. Prior to joining Range, he offered strategic leadership at Media3Net, Match.com, Clearwire Technologies and Verizon Communications.

A recognized expert in strategic business planning, revenue and business-building, marketing strategy and product development, White leads organizational operations to ensure the industry’s highest customer satisfaction rating, and also contributes to the strategic direction of the larger iProspect organization. White is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received a B.B.A in management and an M.B.A. in marketing.



> Ashwini Karandikar – Vice President of Client Services – Range Online Media


Ashwini Karandikar, VP of Client Services, brings more than ten years of international and domestic marketing experience to Range Online Media, including extensive experience in the interactive and online medium. Ashwini oversees all of Range's account services, as well as expanding the Company's industry-leading techniques and award-winning interactive marketing results. She coordinates account strategy and development initiatives for Range’s growing roster of marquee online and multi-channel clients including Neiman Marcus, Godiva, Cole Haan, GAP, Calvin Klein, Adidas and Timberland..

Prior to joining Range, Ashwini was the Senior Manager for Online Advertising for Match.com, a leading online dating service, in Richardson, Texas, where she was responsible for more than $20 million in online advertising strategies and planning.

Born in India, she honed her skills as a Marketing Executive for Fujitsu ICIM Limited in Bombay and Marketing Manager for Real Value Marketing Services Ltd., also in Bombay. She came to the U.S. in 1997, joining several ecommerce and interactive media companies, including: ServiceLane.com and Tribal DDB, both in Dallas, and Temerlin McClain, now TM Interactive, in Irving, Texas. Ashwini holds a bachelors degree in computer science and an MBA in marketing, both from University of Poona in India.

Ashwini sits on the search advisory councils of Google, MSN and Yahoo, and is a contributing writer for DM News and OMMA Magazine.

> Sarah Engel - Vice President of Marketing & Communications


Sarah Engel is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Range Online Media, a top-tier interactive agency specializing in delivering search, display and new media strategies for the world’s most recognized luxury, travel and retail brands. Engel joined Range in April 2005, and is responsible for corporate brand and integrated marketing efforts worldwide. She drives the company's corporate positioning, branding and identity, public relations, customer engagement marketing and vertical marketing to ensure strong connections with clients and constituents. As champion of Range Online Media's brand to employees and the community, she also oversees Range’s internal communications and event marketing programs.

Engel’s more than 12 years of experience in global brand marketing, integrated marketing communications, sponsorship and public relations, across multiple sectors, consists of leading innovative marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies and some of the world’s top brands. Prior to Range, Engel served as the Director of Marketing for New Products at The Dallas Morning News and Director of Events at Match.com. She started her career in public relations, sports and entertainment marketing as a Promotions Manager for General Motors R*Works, and before that managed event marketing and public relations for the former CenturyTel, Inc.

A native of Louisiana, Engel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Louisiana, Monroe, where she graduated summa cum laude. She has been quoted in national media outlets on subjects ranging from online marketing and Mom Blogging to natural childbirth and is passionate about consumer trends, natural parenting and ethical business practices.
